Inspired by research from Cornell University, this evidence-based workshop focuses on building a sense of collective responsibility toward preventing and combatting harassment. Geared toward all forms of harassment, hate crime, and inappropriate behaviour, this workshop utilises discussions, role-plays, and group work to explore what it means to be an active bystander in a modern age. Participants will learn how to prioritise their safety while practicing 5 key intervention techniques, and gain the confidence to take an active role in building communities we can be proud of.
Suggested session length: 2 hours
