A feeling of psychological safety enables us to voice our thoughts without fear of humiliation or punishment – a fundamental necessity for building innovative, high performing teams with low levels of conflict. It’s also a necessity for building cultures of inclusion. Without psychological safety, we are unable to share our experiences, ideas, or concerns, limiting our opportunities for improvement. This session explores what makes us feel safe, and how we can put those principles into action.
