Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (UK)

£0.00

The Equality Act Worker Protection Amendment (2023) put in place a preventative, anticipatory duty regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. This means that organisations are required by law to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. This session has been designed to help you fulfil that duty. By empowering participants to recognise, respond to, and prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, we can foster a community of openness, safety, and respect which enables us all to thrive.

Suggested session length: 3 hours/half day

If you would like to combine this session with the Inclusion & the Law or Going Above and Beyond the Equality Act training sessions, a discount is available when booked together
