This session helps participants understand how to become an active ally, inspiring them to take intentional and positive action to support the causes and communities they care about. By identifying their own style of allyship and how they can best use their skills to support others, we can make allyship not only more accessible, but far more impactful.

A feeling of psychological safety enables us to voice our thoughts without fear of humiliation or punishment – a fundamental necessity for building innovative, high performing teams with low levels of conflict. It’s also a necessity for building cultures of inclusion. Without psychological safety, we are unable to share our experiences, ideas, or concerns, limiting our opportunities for improvement. This session explores what makes us feel safe, and how we can put those principles into action.
